Yeah, just stamp a band name on it like... something tragic... and then play some hard rock. Get good, start playing shows, press a demo, get signed. Become a millionaire and then sell this shirt to Hot Topic, sell them for 20 bucks a pop, and laugh that people dissed it on threadless.
In reality, the grainy cartoony look catches my eye, and with ps and some drop shadows and b/e you can make a pretty cool 3D thing out of it. You could make it an icon even. Basically, it makes for a good, variable logo that can fit in alot of places.
If you ever do decide to print a shirt with it, I'd suggest putting it off center, or right where it is and a band name in the bottom right front off-center or something. I'd wear it.
