Black Hole!
about Braaains!
Anyone ever read "Black Hole" by Charles Burns? This shirt kind of reminds me of it! That's why I bought it!

It's a pretty cool comic, if you haven't read it. It is about an STD that mutates whomever contracts it sometimes into zombie-looking things like these, and sometimes in more subtle ways, like growing a tail, for example. And supposedly David Fincher (Se7en, Fight Club) is directing a movie of it soon!
