I held out for so long. I checked last Monday, to see the new shirts. I saw the sale. And I didn't buy anything. I didn't even buy any Christmas gifts. I felt the thriftees I'd already nabbed had me set up just fine for Christmas.
I was soooooo strong, until I saw that this was reprinted. I just could not resist. I lasted about 2 hours after I got the "Threadless reprint notification" email. So I've ordered it in a long sleeve (which is really good, considering I ordered shirts well into the double digits during the last sale), as a Christmas present to myself. Now begins the obsessive online tracking of the package. about Star Men in Moon's Milk
I haven't bought anything since the back to school sale, because I spent an absurd amount of money on threadless tees over the summer. But with the reprint of this design I can feel my willpower breaking. I desperately want this.... I decided I wouldn't buy any more shirts until Christmas, and those would mostly be gifts for others. Perhaps I deserve a gift for making it to the end of October without ordering anything? There have been some awesome shirts printed, but I have remained strong. Until now. ..... I think I might just order this. about The Communist Party
This was one of the first threadless shirts that I spotted on my humble, little university campus. I was waiting outside a classroom and a guy came out wearing this. I actually did a double take. The following day I saw someone wearing "Fish Tank". I was shocked! I like to think of threadless as my own little secret, but I guess I should get used to seeing tees around, especially one as popular as this one. And especially after sale. lol. about Dead Sucker
I ordered this shirt during the sale, along with several more, so I wasn't feeling the usual anticipation I have for each shirt, instead it was group anticipation for a whole, massive order to arrive.Upon riping open the envelope I was happy with all the shirts I had ordered, but happily surprised by this one. I have never been a huge fan of light colors *mostly because I am really messy/klutzy* but despite that I still fell in love with this shirt. The silver color on the girls tee really helps the design stand out and makes it all the more eye catching. I also really love the placement on the tee because its so different from your standard center placement. I found while walking around campus people's heads would turn to try and make out the graphic and do a double take at the awesome little girl depicted there. Bottom line: This shirt is amazing, and I'm so glad that I bought it. I'm really not at all surprised it sold out so fast. Hopefully it'll reprint eventually, I think my bf is jealous and he now wants this in a guys tee. :D
After approx. 10-11 days of waiting my sale order arrived earlier this week! I was quite thrilled. This order included: 5 shirts for me, 5 shirts for my bf, and a shirt for my sister as a [belated] birthday gift.
So much awesome shirt action, and at such an affordable price! :D I [really do] ♥ threadless! about Roadside Picnic
I love a lot of things about this shirt but I won't be ordering it right now, unfortunately. My sale order for an obscene number of tess has just shipped on Thursday, so that hit my credit card pretty hard. And also, I hate to gripe about color, but I'm just not a fan of white/off-white tees. Nothing against this shirt, but its not something I can see myself wearing. I'm too messy for light colors I think. And when I order from threadless I want to get the most wear out of the amazing designs. Oh well, maybe it'll sell really well and get reprinted on a darker color in the future. Fingers crossed. :) [EDIT: Wow... seems like a few people agree with me on the thumbs down to natural]
Has anyone tried the threadless application offered on Facebook? It doesn't seem to have a lot of users, which I find kind of odd. There are two fairly large threadless groups on facebook, and there must be more threadless love out there.
I added it a while back and I like it. You can obtain street team points by having a product image on your profile. You can advertise your submissions, and you can show off your tee collection. I use the collection feature. The t-shirts show up as little square tiles, pretty snazzy I have to say.
I'm eagerly anticipating the shipping of my sale order. For a few reasons:
1.) It means that they are on there way. It also means I can obsessively use the tracking option to see where they are and estimate when they will get here. 2.) The last order I placed did not end up shipping, it was lost somewhere after packaging. Threadless was awesome about dealing with it though, and it was the first problem I've had with ordering. Still and all I will feel so much better when I receive the email saying my order is on the way. Woo for spending money on t-shirts instead of frivolous things like food. (I kid.) This order includes birthday gift (the shirt I tried to order before) but is mostly more shirts for my boyfriend and I. We have fast become Threadless addicts. It seems all the other shirts that I see in the front of stores don't really interest me anymore. I have seen the light, and it is Threadless. about The Leftover
...until I make my next order anyway.I just had this shirt arrive in the mail and I'm so happy with it! It looks even better in person than on the site. The color is really nice too, I was a little hesitant on how 'asphalt' would look. Very happy with another Threadless purchase. about Pretty World Inferno
I just ordered this amazing shirt last night, and I can't wait for it to arrive! Of all the shirts in this latest batch I instantly fell in deep love with this one. I love the color, and the imagery is amazing, but the message is what really puts this shirt above the rest. It's so colorful, and at first glance it just looks like a fun graphic tee. But if you look closer you realize that this is a much more meaningful, slightly dark shirt. I love it! |
