I was wondering if I took the bite out of the apple if I would run into copy right issues?

I like the bugs and the worm ideas it just going to take me a little to get those in there for a new update

i would just tweak the bite mark so it's not the exact same and see if it flies

won't that be getting a little to much away from the main subject?

What's the main subject? MAC vs Windows? So why not expand the joke a bit to give the war some context in a world made up of characters that add another layer to the joke? I think most people who get the mac/ibm joke will get the penguin/paperclip one too, who doesn't know about the lil paperclip helpy guy? I've seen a ton of apple/windows jokes here and around the web before, and although i think this is a fun take on the battle, i don't think as is it's the most original idea and gonna get printed. I could be wrong tho, best of luck on it!

hehehe, i agree with you soloyo, simple is better sometimes, but like Eric said, I've seen the idea of a window being WINDOWS and an apple being the Apple logo before, i think the concept needs a kick in the mainframe to have a chance at being printed.
