I want to ask, that which program are you using to make your designs?

I have couple of practical questons.
How much is cost if I order shirt to Finland?
I so want to order some shirts but if it cost much
i have to wate to get little bit more money.
and can there order little by little and get the shirts
in same package so the transportation dont cost so much

And then about designing. is there some practical thinks
what is should know before I start designing anything?
