don't think there is much anyone can do about that. There is a far more obvious plagerism on ebay too.

people are jerks like that but at least the original designer can take comfort in being the original designer.

Wow, I went to see the site and this site is full of crappy unoriginal shirts copied from everywhere. The funniest is the affiliate program copied from tshirthell. it's the exact same page.

Cheap, really! And that whole site is even cheaper, this design is one of the few they offer which isn't totally dumb. You can't ruin brilliance I guess.
