On the bandwagon of REPRINT THIS WILLYA
about Liberty
So reading the other blogposts about it, looks like they made a really limited run, with some quality and consistency issues at that -- and now thousands of us are dying for it. What the hell were they thinking? Any fool can see this'd sell like hotcakes in a decent-sized run. I can understand making fewer guys' sizes of it than girls' -- but not by very much.

(waves arms frantically) Attention, o my beloved and beleaguering Threadless: Everyone here who even vaguely likes pretty things - sometimes, occasionally, at ALL - wants one of these! Reprint it, and this time, knock it off with the grease spots and weird size errors! I don't care that it's only been 3 months, and neither should you! You can make it Select or something and it'd STILL sell! I hate lots of exclamation points as much as the next person, but I feel I have no choice! Thank you and goodnight!

Yeah, this is the only shirt on Threadless that I currently want to buy, and it's sold out. I wonder why they haven't reprinted it yet. (Maybe relatively few people like it, even though we like it a lot?)

I doubt that; this design is very, um, Threadlessy. I think it is popular. My guess is that the small run had to do with something practical -- difficulty in printing, or even a limited number of that shirt color.

My hope is that my addiction to Threadless tees will cause actual artists (one of whom I am not) to tolerate my incessant presence in the scoring area.

If you're 5'9" or taller, and have a larger than average chest (not that there's anything wrong with that!), do not buy American Apparel girly larges. Get the XL when it's not the Threadless brand. If you have to, you're actually better off with a guys' small in non-Threadless. I have a blogpost about this but it's old and verbose.

I'll make cute little thumbnails of all the designs I own, once I figure out how.
