Is Chuck Norris Copyrighted?

I know it sounds weird, and I laughed at myself when I was writing it, but are you allowed t0 make Chuck Norris designs??

He isn't "copyrighted", but his likeness is protected. Not that it matters. You have as much shot at getting a Chuck Norris shirt printed on Threadless as you do getting a design printed with me on it.

Don't do a Chuck Norris design. But I think the Chuck Norris "facts" are pretty funny sometimes.
