It happened to me on one of my shirts. But the rest are fine.

i hadn't had a bad print, but i noticed that the new threadless t-shirts strech more, thus losing their form. i dont like to say it because threadless put a lot of effort in those new t-shirts probably , but the fruit of the loom shirts were better i think.

I had the same problem with this design. The print started flaking badly. I love this shirt, but it's flaked so bad that it looks awful now.

I got this shirt for my son and washed it inside-out as I do all my threadless Ts and it is holding up very well. I would suggest trying it that way!
