I don't get it. This looks so bad. Why do people like it? I mean maybe it's an inside joke I don't get, but the artwork itself, and the weird christmas tree design, white tee.. It's pretty hideous.

Why does it have to be an inside joke, or something that you're "missing"? Maybe there's just such a thing as different people having different tastes.

Eh, no, I just think it's a low-quality submission. Even designs that I don't like I often think are "good," as in the person obviously put in time and effort. This is just... plain, uninspired, dull and boring. It's not even well-executed plainness.
