This shirt looks like just about any other shirt you can buy on Sukumvhit road in Thailand for $3. This image is on every street corner over there!!!

Mm, I like the design but I have to admit, that's what I thought as well.

I don't know. I've been to Thailand and I don't remember seeing tons of these, and anyway, how practical is it to go there just to get some? haha.

For $3 in Thailand you'll get a similar print, but the ink will crack/wash off after 5 washes.

Well, I don't have to go that far then cos I live in Thailand. Then again I don't see much of this design anyway. Not even in Pattaya which is only 25 mins from my town.

Hey guys I'm taking orders when I go to Thailand in a week to ride the elephants. SIZES AND COLOURS IF YOU WANT ONE!

(sry wont be on American Apparel, and wont have arrow on back, and also will shrink and ink will crack. ALSO, i'm upping the price to pay for my airfare to buy $3 shirts.)

Perhaps buying this tshirt would serve to remind people about their past trips to Thailand. I've recently been from the UK and yes similiar tshirts were available out there (I bought many random designs for myself and others in Bangkok/Koh Chang for instance) for next to nothing with the £ exchange rates; however they are unlikely to have much longevity or be a high quality product in the long run. Plus, who in their right mind would travel all that way just for a tshirt? I mean come on, seriously thats a pretty lame reason to visit such a beautiful and diverse country.

Uh, I'm pretty it wasn't mentioned that similar shirts can be found in Thailand because it is expected that people go there to get one. As if there are a page of replies saying the same basic thing. Perhaps the artist ripped off a shirt he once saw on a trip to Thailand? Maybe he didn't, but whatever -it was just a comment.

Feishu is one of my favorite artists here on threadless. After 21 designs, and putting them out pretty damn frequently, I don't think that he ripped anything off of anybody, especially not a shirt from thailand. This comment was shitty. Random assumptions for no reason = shitty.

oh, and, let me just go to thailand and buy one. i want to be like the rest of the kids too.

Ripped-off for sure

nice shirt but it's NOT his creation. Trust me I'm from Thailand, I know my own culture.

neither of those are the same as what has been printed. similar =/= rip-off.

inspiration and thievery are two different things
