on the san francisco ballot today is a measure to rename our sewage plant after G.W.

i actually voted against it because it's a waste of $50,000 that the city doesn't have... but it gave me a really good laugh.

It is kinda funny... but it really seems like a waste (pun intended)

and disrespectful to the Office of President itself... opinions on GW not withstanding.

apparently it has to do with making new letterhead and business cards for all the workers and signage and all that overhead.

probably will cost them more than that when someone sues about it???

I'm surprised it will only cost $50k actually, the gubment is known for being "good" shoppers certainly.
