about Hadrian

Yes.

Because it has the statue of a man on it. (Notice how the model has to use a muscke man's stance to be able to wear this shirt, I am just saying)

I would buy this shirt just to work out my pecs and get buck.

I think that there are multiple ways to interpret the shirt. Publius Hadrianus was famous for building "Hadrian's Wall", which served as the northern line upon which the Roman empire would no longer expand. The rainbow box might represent the individual's refusal to accept homosexuality (symbolized by a rainbow wall) or sex acts held to be depraved past sodomy by western society. Emperor Hadrian despised Jews as one of history's most prolific anti-semites, so the box may represent the color spectrum and symbolize a wall of ethnic purity and a refusal to accept people of differing skin colors or religions. As a black and white classical bust Hadrian may represent an affinity to classicism or the traditional, and a refusal to accept the new modern age of sleek colorful digital design, or a rejection of a love of the abstract or conceptual over the glorification of the singular person or entity. Hadrian may represent the limits of the individual identity's influence or grasp of the world, and if the bust is adopting a sad expression in any of these cases it may be either that it longs for the wild freedom of the other side of the wall, or the bust may be disgusted for ever having to reach the point where it has to draw this dividing line in space. It is interesting to note that the color spectrum begins at the bust's nose and goes up then restarting at the bottom, BIVROYG, perhaps symbolizing the mind's importance over the body's, or the individuals power of perception (the authors name actually being a derivation of Caesar) in a world of psychedelic intensity. Or perhaps the author of the piece was simply trying to create a graphic as cool as Blowjobs in Space.
