As a long time Threadless fan, I waited long enough on the sidelines to finally jump in the deep end this past week with my illustrations. For all the kind souls who have given my designs their scores, I thank you for your time and Threadless love. For those who would like to see these designs printed, the last day has crept up on me like a silent ninja in the night. I have compiled all 4 designs here for your scoring pleasure.

It was my early childhood love of cinema that led to me a life of doodling. Even though at the time I may not have consciously known the alchemy behind storytelling, I certainly felt its effects. Every time I bore witness to a film that blew my mind and imagination, I would scurry home as fast as humanly possible and drew all the things that made me light up inside out onto any scrap of paper I could find.
My personal work today is an attempt to recapture that feeling, to hopefully immerse the viewer in the gleeful wonderment that is still possible well into adulthood. A connection between the inner and outer world, the innate love of characters and timeless tales, the tenderness and the bittersweet colliding all at once. These are the things I live for. |
