Are you subbing gifs? If so you need to resample down to 72dpi and sized as per the threads' specs, ie 640px width x 480px height. The same applies with your thumbnail sample, ie 72dpi, sized 100px width x 70px height. Make sure the large image is not in excess of 120kbs and the thumb no greater than 10kbs. Hope this helps you;]
