So my cable company has this thing where you can order free movies on tv whenever you want. They are mostly terrible. The other night we watched "The Pirate Movie" which might just be the worst movie ever made. Totally awesomely terrible. What's the worst movie you've ever seen?

i think the worst one I saw (I couldnt even get through the whole thing) was a movie called The Beach (not the Leo Decaprio one) with Michael Cain. I did a little research on it before watching it and found that it was considered the worst movie in Michael Cain's career, so I had to see for myself. Basically, Michael Cain is some journalist who goes to investigate all these disappearances that are happening in the ocean. So he makes his son come along for some reason, and we soon find out what's causing all the disappearances... pirates. That's right... pirates. Apparently they're the last of their kind, and there's only one female left (who Michael Cain later has sex with...ew)... and all sorts of dumb things happened which I fast forwarded through. The end was ridiculously awesome though. The pirates completely take over this Navy vessel and the michael cain just gets up on the chain gun and kills every single pirate... the end.

Wow Tora, now that sounds just awful. Another true stinker is 1997's Mortal Challenge, originally released as Death Game. It stars Timothy Bottoms (the guy who played President Bush on the Comedy Central show That's My Bush). He's a detective in Los Angeles in the near future and he has to battle a cyborg killing machine named Grepp while trying the escape the Drome - A modern day gladiatorial chamber of horrors built for the amusement of the rich.

We actually found Mortal Challenge at the video store and rented it FIVE TIMES before we just broke down and bought it. Every Thanksgiving we get together with our college friends and watch it.

I'm a big fan of any movie staring Miles Okeefe (Ator, Cavedwellers). Recently I bought his movie Phantom Raiders ($1 at walmart) and it is amazing.

There is a high ranking military dude in Vietnam who was captured and becomes a communist and trains commies to fight. Miles Okeefe's character, Python, is called to find a group of soldiers to go in and either bring the dude back or eliminate him. Python finds these Vietnam vets (who look like Dave Foley with a mustache, Jason Lee with a mustache, and a guy who is a cross between Captain Lou Albano and David Crosby, respectively). They train, which involves gliding down a rope shooting a machine gun while an explosion goes off behind them; running through the jungle avoiding traps and bullets; and throwing bolos and ninja stars. They get to Vietnam and kill the terribly trained commies for about twenty minutes. Then Python says "It's party time" in his overdubbed voice that sounds like George Bush Sr. "Party Time" apparently means killing more commies for another half hour. Then the three soldiers die, and the bad dude gets killed.

I'm telling you, amazing movie.
