Threadless, you ruined it this time.

about Champion Runner

Why do I get the feeling that this shirt looked better in the original submission?

Seems to me that the original placements gave the runners more depth, and the Threadless tweak made it into a mere 2d drawing.

Also, colors are messed up in the tee; everything looks flat and dull now.

This was a shirt that I was greatly looking forward to; guess I won't be putting any money down for this now.

Anyone share my sentiments?

I agree, the spacing is odd. I liked the original better, and felt it gave more a sense of a race. I like the concept, but prefer the old design. I voted highly too, but with the change don't think I'll get it.

well for what it's worth, the high-res version was sent to us how we printed it, isn't wasn't threadless staff that changed the design.

yeah... We didn't touch it. Thats how we got it.

We rarely touch or tweak designs. Colors sometimes but not the actual design.

aw, well it's somewhat ross or craig's fault, they didn't catch it and point it out ... that's a demerit. three of those is a citation, five citations and you're looking at a violation.

My....my confidence in everything everywhere is shattered by this mistake! How can i learn to love again?

I'll get this shirt now, and I'll buy the fixed version when it's reprinted. I wish Threadless would print a whole new batch of this design right now tho so that by buying the old one we'd have some kind of rare, airplane printed upside-down on the old postage stamp kinda keepsake.

everyone should rally for a reprint as soon as it sells out, because i like the older design better too

I still like the one that was printed. I think it's neato the lead guy is further in front. I don't think the colors are bad either.

And LOL at FrickinAwesome, we could sell the original shirts on Ebay and make thousands muhahhha!
