What did you guys do to this submission! :O I wanted it in the tan color... :( I still love argle though! HAHA! Im ordering it in about a week when I get the rest of shirts I intend to give as gifts (SHHH don't tell them they are only 10$ I think they shall get 2 tees each... good enough gift huh?)

I agree with this guy that the colors aren't the greatest choice for this submission.



I'm not much for the monochromatic color scheme, when the original had the tan, light blue on the sagestone shirt. The darkest color on the printed version gets lost in the navy blue. It almost seems unnecessary for the dark outline to be there when the shirt is so dark. The shirt color could have made up those contour lines, and a different color could have been chosen for the tongue, crown, stars.



Along with the blue color scheme, I am not very keep on how much larger the pattern is on the printed shirt as compared to the submission. Also, the printed version relies on the value contrast of the blues for the pattern, while the submission has the hue contrast as well.



The lower brightness of the submission's colors with less value contrast between the shirt color and design also appealed to me. The printed version pops off of the shirt more than I would like.

Agreed, but I'll still buy it! :) Hell its only 10 bucks! :)
