I wanted this tee to be reprinted more than almost any other design on here... but in eggplant! Or even the old forest-green colour would've been OK. But the army colour...just looks ugly.

Damn :(

Might get it anyway because it's such a cool shirt, but disappointed about the tee colour!

Hehe, this is cute... I wasn't so keen when I saw the preview on ozmodiar's spoiler blog, but seeing the full design it's actually pretty damn cool. Sadly, I only have $2 to my name at this moment, but if it comes up as a thriftee I have enough STPs to buy and ship it and still have a few cents left!

*waits expectantly for the thriftee* :)

I was so excited when I saw this shirt, though I wasn't quite sure exactly what the Russian said (literally, it says "joke/riddle this is very interesting", but I'm not fluent in Russian so I'm not sure what it means idiomatically). I don't know French or Italian, though I hear the French is mildly out as well.

But then, on re-reading, I realised that the Russian is misspelled as well - instead of "Э", it's been spelled with a "З" - which both look quite similar to non-Russian speakers, I imagine, but one is "eh" and the other is "z", so they're quite different. And today I noticed that the "Т" is written "t", which isn't even a Russian letter; and the "И" is written "N", which again, isn't a Russian letter at all.

I really like this design and was going to get it, but my Russian-speaking friends would just laugh at me for wearing such a misspelled Russian phrase when I know better, and I'd just feel too embarrassed to ever wear it.

It just makes me sad - I know the designer doesn't speak Russian (or French or Italian, I assume?), but I kind of wish Threadless would talk to someone who speaks the languages to check that the sentences, or at least the letters, are accurate before they print it. Now it kind of feels like one of those sad cheap shirts that are sold in non-English-speaking countries, with English phrases which don't make any sense, but people buy them anyway cos they're "cool"... and people who do speak English just read the shirts and snigger and think how sad those people are.

I love the design, and I would buy this SO FAST if it was correct in the Russian (and French and Italian). It just makes me sad that it's all wrong. :( My only hope is that this will be really popular and sell out fast and Threadless will reprint it - and fix the mistakes!

I love when I get mystery STPs. :) It means I can pretend that I actually did link someone to Threadless and get a genuine new sale... like I *earned* those STPs.

I also like when people give me STPs deliberately, though, cos it makes me feel all warm and happy. :) Anyone want to own up?

Firstly, this is a beautiful design, and CONGRATS Mr "I know nothing"!

Secondly, I'm so sick of creme shirts. Everything used to be printed on creme. Is it just me, or are all the shirts that *would* previously have been on creme, are now printed on sand? I do like it for tees like In Pachydermic Fashion (which is on a desert so needs a sandy background) or How Many Licks (which is ye olde style so needs a dirty-looking background); but for this design, I do think creme would have looked nicer.

That said, it doesn't make a particularly big difference, I was just interested to notice the move from creme to sand, which overall I think is good, since creme has been a bit done to death! :)

...is the fact that, finally, both genders get the same colours! No khaki for guys and creme for girls, no light blue for guys and baby blue for girls, no olive for guys and sagestone for girls!

I just think it's great - finally, they're both printed on the same, good, colours, and all those "I want the guys/girls colour" blogs are gone! I used to prefer the guys' colours 9 times out of 10, and now it seems like we girls aren't being stuck with creme and lighter colours all the time.

:)

I checked this shirt this morning and the guys S and M were sold out, and girly M only had about 15 left... now girly M has 18 left and guys S and M are back in stock! I'm confused, has a very small number been reprinted? Or does this mean that the tees have been returned, or that they did an inventory check and found they had a few more tucked away in a corner?

Hmmm... and does this mean other out-of-stock items might come back in?

I know those 21 designs from the 1 April sale are still $5 each, I have one in my cart and it still comes up as $5... but where are all the others? Is there a page anywhere that says which ones are still $5, or do we have to rely on memory? Anyone know?

No?

In lieu of any other list, I'll make my own for future reference....

Nominated for a Bestee! Nominated for a Bestee! I'm so excited, I've wanted this shirt since I first saw it (when it was already sold out). Does this mean there's a chance it'll get reprinted? Tee, long sleeve, hoody, I don't care - I'll buy it!

Actually, a long sleeve would be brilliant. But whatever's good. I so hope this gets reprinted!

I don't think I'm alone in not liking a lot of the Selects printed... a few of them are cool, a few of them are...really not my style.

But I love this one. I kinda passed over it when it was first printed, but every time I see it I want it more - it's just so beautiful and creative. :) Currently #1 on my wishlist... lovely work on this design huebucket. :)
