so, i'm in state college, PA this weekend and happen to walk into a store called "people's nation". its primarily a t-shirt shop, they do lots of custom printing and sell all kinds of graphic tees, along with a small selection of amusing junk. ANYway. i noticed a rack in their store with a threadless tee on it, and i'm like, man, they be stealin designs. but lo and behold, the whole rack ended up being threadless tees. legitimate bought from threadless tees with the logo and design name in the collar and the whole deal. the only difference was that on threadless, you're paying $18. there, its more like $26. my question is, is that even allowed? i've never heard of threadless selling to stores to resell their shirts, and was curious as to the policy on that. anybody know?

I have heard of some vendors striking a deal, but $26?

when you're in the middle of fucking nowhere like state college, stores can charge whatever they want, because where else are people gonna go?
