how do i change my file from swf to gif on a mac for free?

do you have flash? is it an animated gif? then i imagine you just open the swf in flash and then go to file -- export (i think) which will give you the option to save it as a gif, animated or otherwise.

guh i'm not typing properly today, i meant is it a animated swf, meaning it would turn into a animated gif if you export it

I don't have flash... I'm using an animation program that can't export to gif.
