I would like to submit a design but I'm a computer idiot so I need some help. I made a design on an animation program called Toon Boom studio and I am trying to figure how to get it from that onto a template. I can export my design to a pdf... but do I do from there?
Also, where can you find all the different shirt colors?

on the page where you go if you click "submit ideas," there are several templates available... however I have no idea what you can do for the exporting thing, since you have to have it as a flash file (or whatever is the thing that starts with an s), or a .gif file.

what other file types can you export it as and what editing programs do you have?

Because it is an animation program it can only export as pdf.

what do you mean by editing programs?

like photoshop or whatever.

If you happen to have photoshop you might be able to convert it to a .gif, but if it's an animation like you would make in flash, you would probably need the flash program.

graghh

did you have CS2 before?

I guess it doesn't really matter as much for illustrator, since I still have no idea how to do anything coherent in it, but if PS CS3 is a lot better than CS2 I might consider getting it.

ya i had cs2. i wouldnt say it's like oodles better, but they have kind of rearanged things and it kind of speeds things up, for me atleast. it isnt really a necessary upgrade, but it's nice.

when it comes to illustrator i feel like i've forgotten everything i've learned, but i still try on t-shirt designs everyone and a while.
