In the past week (or so) I have ordered 13 shirts. I have recieved one of my packages and one of the shirts came ripped! It had a hole right on the boob! So I had to exchange. But I am so pumped to get the other 10 shirts I ordered! Plus with the sale going on...I will have a zillion shirts by the 3rd.
Anyways, at work the other day I got in trouble for hanging up on a customer. I tend to do this when I get phone calls with really disgruntled, angry people. I never get too mad, so I think it's funny when other people do. So this old guy called and was swearing at me and all, and I started laughing and hung up.
Then I made a protien shake.
This blog was pointless.

But I am really excited about the sale going on! It makes me one happy girl.

You shouldn't be scolded for hanging up on someone who's swearing at you or giving you abuse. You don't have to put up with that. If they can't be civil with a customer services person, they need to go away, calm down, and call back.

I used to do market research, and if anyone swore at me I would just hang up. For £6.00 an hour, I'm not putting up with that shit.
