I think this shirt is the best example of how the overall appeal of a design (and the shirt) is dependent on its placement. The art is never separate from the medium that it is on, so a good design would not only have to be clever in its own right, but also compatible with the method of display.
Had this design been printed on the front, I would have no interest in this shirt. But because it is cleverly placed on the sleeve, I'm clicking reprint. You must be logged in to leave a comment.
