oh- gotcha, i think my record is 1 hour and 20 minutes- i actually went and took a shower and got ready for the day, and when i realized i was still on hold i just hung up the phone

i had to wait.
its my job. like seriously. they hired an intern to sit on hold so they can do other things

12 mins is my top waiting time - then I give up. About a week later they phone back saying I owe them money so I say "don't keep me on hold that long or you can hold for my money"
