traveling troubles
american airlines once lost my luggage three separate-months-apart vacations in a row.

i was flyign to houston to leave on a crusie for jamaica.
wen they asked for my houston vacation address so they could return my luggage, i told them of my cruise.

they gave me a measly 200 dollars to buy some clothes for an entire five days.

needless to say it was not enough to buy underwear, clothes, a bathing suit, and simple toiletry necessitites.

don't use a.a.

maybe the crocodile ate my luggage?

i have horrible traveling experiences sometimes.
but they usually make for the most entertaining stories.

On my flight to NZ, they lost both my checked bags. I had all my bedicine in my carryon and one tshirt and like, two pairs of underwear.

I was not happy.

Southwest 'delayed' my bag for about twelve hours the last time I used them.

Considering that the flight from Reno to Vegas only takes about an hour, a twelve hour baggage delay is a bit ridiculous.

southwest is incredible at fucking up reno to vegas flights in every way possible. it's only a 45 minute flight, i don't know how they do it. but i've never been on a reno to vegas flight on southwest that didn't have problems...and i fly that at least 3 times a year.

american airlines is evil. they lost my luggage for a grand total of 12 days. how is that even possible? my entire trip to Ireland was spent buying replacement stuff because American Airlines doesn't know how to re-tag luggage.

so i feel your pain :D

american airlines lost my luggage as well.
luckily, it was on the way home so i didnt have to run around naked, but still, this was my luggage for a 2 week vacation, plus all of the stuff i had bought there.

they gave 200 dollars for that.

not even enough to cover the luggage itself.

HAha..AA lost myer luggage from Boston to Miami. When I asked if I should come back to Miami Airport they said "No, we have an incredible tracking system..we'll contact you." So I called their "incredible" tracking system for 2 straight weeks and I was told basically to give up.

3 months later ..after I hit them up for money they owed me... it magically appeared in the same Miami airport...

AA are theives...

Air Canada/Qantas lost my pack on my way to Australia. I was without for almost 3 days. At least I had a change of clothes in my carry-on. I was pretty gross by day 3 though.
