Hi everyone. I'm a huge threadless user and fan, but I haven't posted many blogs. I don't even know if anyone will read this...
So I'm not really an artistic person, but I'm kind of interested in submitting a few designs in a the future, just for fun. What kind of software/programs does anyone suggest to someone who's never done anything like this before? Or is some of it not done on computers? I know everyone does their own thing, but I'm just curious to see how I could go about trying my hand in some designing. Thanks! Andrew
The title of this design is 'Hairstyle Secrets of a Sheep'.
But on the printed tag inside my actual shirt, it reads 'Hairstyle's Secret of a Sheep'. Weird. I'm torn. See, I used to wear only black and brown shirts. Lately I've been branching out to white and grey ones too.. I absolutely love this design, but I have mixed feelings about the yellow. I think I should just get it. It's just too awesome. Here's the thing though- there's all this talk of a sale in the near future, which may or may not be of any truth. I would wait for the sale, but I'm worried that it's going to sell out before then, or within hours of the sale starting. I wear a guy's M or L, and those seem to go pretty fast... ...Maybe I should just buy it now?
Ok, so I'm trying to upload my first gallery picture. I have a really nice picture, and it's very sharp and I sized it perfectly and everything. The quality/resolution of the picture is pretty good.
But when I upload it and preview it, the quality goes way down. It's not as sharp and the colors aren't as nice, and it's not close to as nice as the file I upload. Is there any way to format the file so that when I upload it, it stays the same quality? The picture is edited to exactly 380x272 already, and I've tried .jpg and .png. I don't have very much experience dealing with picture quality/formats....can anyone help me? about It Makes Toast!
So I get home from school today, excited that it's Monday, which was bringing new tees and possibly an extension of the sale. And first off, I see the sale was extended. I felt slightly guilty, because I noticed some of the obscure locations were last-minute posted last night, with obviously photoshopped pictures. But then I saw they posted a blog about how they noticed too, and I guess they're jsut being generous. Cool. So then I see the new shirts for the week. Man...these shirts are totally awesome! I especially liked this one: ![]() So I go to check it out, and I see that Men's larges are ALREADY SOLD OUT. ARGHHHHHH. This is like the sweetest t-shirt in the world. and it sold out before I even had a chance to see it. Stupid high school. But seriously, why did it sell out within HOURS of being released? Bummer. You should all go vote to reprint it already.
Hi everyone...that is, if anyone reads this. I'm posting a blog so my profile doesn't make fun of me for having anything up.
Well, I'm kind of new around here, but I've already ordered three shirts! The Outdoor Mix, Who I Am, and Hairstyle Secrets of a Sheep. Those last two haven't arrived yet, but I can't wait until they do! I'm liking this sale...I feel like I should stock up. Threadless has made my Mondays MUCH more exciting. Later Andrew |
