I've got four tees waiting in my checkout for me to buy them, and I'd love to get them all. But I can't buy them all, because 76 bucks (+ shipping and tax) is a LOT of money and my dad won't let me. I've got Sugar and Spice, My Father Was a Sailor, Summer, and Squeaked in my cart.

It kind of sucks that two of those are creme tees, while the only two threadless tees I own are white and creme.

The thing with the creme shirts is that Sugar and Spice was basically the tee that made me join this site just so I could vote, and My Father Was a Sailor is SO beautiful.

if you guys could help give your opinion on how to reduce my cart to three or (gasp) two items, I'd be very very grateful!

that if I submit a design (that's not crap) to threadless he will buy me one threadless tee. So for every tee I submit, I buy one in exchange!

That'd be an awesome deal but sadly my dad overestimates my artistic ability. I mean, i can draw and stuff, but I have a mouse (so not vectorizing or whatnot) and anything I try scanning always comes out horribly anyways.

I just need some ideas, and then I'll get the ball rolling...

Basically we have to do some sort of 'volunteering' that shows the power of one person. (We read The Power of One by Bryce Courtenay in english class.) Since I've already been rejected by two places for having poor German, I decided enough was enough and I'm just going to be lazy and provide free babysitting this coming wednesday and thursday (1/2 hours wed, 4/3 hours thurs).

But allowing parents to have one night out free isn't that... 'powerful', so i wanted to do something with the kids that made them think or whatever. Bear in mind the age range will be anywhere from 5 till 12, and that these kids are pretty well educated (children of a lot of -ologists.... internationally recognized researchers, promising younger scientists and scholars, and personalities of intellectual life off the website for example).

I don't want to bore them to death but I don't want to be too loose with them either. Suggestions?!

It's officially 16 minutes till midnight and I am going on a class trip to Poland tomorrow and have to leave the house at 9! Weee.

Slightly disappointing stuff - I ordered my tees on the 28th of may and they haven't come yet. I'm sure they'll come tomorrow as I'm on the train. Living in Germany sucks.

Anyone have any suggestions on what to do on the 8 hour train ride? I can't think of anything other than boring stuff - journal, read book, etc.

And what is Poland like, if you've been there?

And hopefully I will be able to work out how to give STPs.

I'm so impressed. Something went hay-wire, and I couldn't log into my account or have my password emailed to me, so I asked customer service. It was about two minutes after I'd sent my problem to the good people at customer service that I recieved a reply with everything fixed!
