I have a thing about trying to play by the rules, so when I design something for Threadless, I put my design on one of the standard colours in the .psd template.
But, wait, a whole bunch of tee-shirt colours have been used for the printed designs but aren't included in the template - brown, olive, coral, silver, creme, baby blue - and there's probably others. What is one to conclude from this? That you can just pick whatever shirt colour you like and if your design wins Threadless will go find something close? Does doing this give some people an edge? What about truth in advertising? 'Cause I've gotta say, the palette of colours in the template has some real holes. It would be much improved by a way better range of earth-tones, blues, and pastels. Where is the rust, the lavender, the mauve, the robin's egg blue? And really - kiwi? Who looks good in that?

I haven't submitted any photos. I guess I don't want free money.
I love to read about science stuff. It lets me see a brighter future ahead. I take a lot of close up pictures of bugs. I'm living in Mexico right now. There's lots of bugs. My husband Aldo is a Mexican architect. Super-talented sensitive hunk of a man. I lucked out. I make art. It does wonders for me. Trying to forge ahead. Think a lot about the past. Carl Jung rocks. My dog can almost talk.
