When you post your design, are you allowed to just put a random celeb's head on wearing the t-shirt? You don't need to ask anyone? Because I've seen Jojo and Will Ferrell and wondered if you can just do that.
Also, can you use well known characters like Harry Potter and Elmo etc. in your designs or does that interfere with copyrights? |

If you want to incorporate well known characters into your sub, you usually have to make a parody of them, (take the piss), otherwise you can infringe copyright. Another way to avoid it, is to change the style you draw them, and to make sure not to use text to name the characters.
