If anyone happens to read this, it would be really helpful if they could help out and reply.
I want to start drawing designs for t-shirts but I'm not sure how the process goes. Do you draw on paper first then scan onto computer and edit in photoshop? Or do you draw the whole thing onto the computer? Because I don't know how to do the latter or really how to use photoshop.

You can do either.

both ways work. anything that results in a 300dpi image on a computer is fine.

Sometimes I draw, scan, fiddle around in photoshop or illustrator, print result, draw again over the top, scan again, then fiddle some more. It's a messy process

i find it hard to think when i start on a computer. I have to get something on paper, because thats easier and faster for me, then move those ideas to photoshop or illustrator.
