Faesthetic 8 smells funny

Had a question about this "feedback" thing. A little while after I ordered I got an email from Threadless saying:

We recently changed our packaging of the Faesthetic magazine to decrease damage done to the magazine while in transit. When your shipment arrives, we would greatly appreciate feedback on the condition of the magazine and the outer packaging. When we receive your feedback, we will issue you a $10 coupon that you can use on a future order.

And that's about it. Basically I'm wondering where I submit my feedback?

Lucky you. I didn't get a similar note from them, and yet I was planning on sending them feedback, since the slabs of cardboard were, how to put it, pretty ineffectual.

Mine came wrapped in some thin but sturdy white bubble wrap, sandwiched between two cardboard slabs, which were wrapped and cushioned with this brown paper bag paper, and then boxed in cardboard.

Thing was in perfect condition when I got it.

Well, my 7 + 8 were between pointlessly thin cardboard panels (thicker but probably not as stiff as the covers of the magazines themselves) and this was in a bubble wrap envelope, and then bagged along with some tees in one of their usual Tyvek mailers.
