I was on vacation (read: college visiting) last week in Boston and I brought all of the shirts I presently owned with me (which is about a week's worth. I ordered more later). On Thursday, I wore my haiku shirt because I was meeting up with a writing buddy in the area, after visiting Northeastern University. I know, clever right? Don't answer that. I took the tour at NEU and then decided to look in the campus center, where I saw a guy walking by wearing the haiku shirt! We stopped and stared at each other, and then laughed at the chances of that possibly happening. He then promoted the school again and recommended a few other places in the area and we parted ways.

Maybe I don't get out much, but I saw more Threadless shirts in my five days in Boston than I have ever back home.On Monday someone was wearing She Doesn't Even Realize (actually, he looked very familiar, but I didn't say anything), and then on Thursday on the harbor, I saw The Communist Party and So Far, This is the Oldest I've Ever Been (the former I own, the latter I don't). I know I'm not the only one who gets a little rush when I see someone else wearing a Threadless tee. Sometimes, it's all I can do not to rush up and say, "I RECOGNIZE THAT SHIRT!!!"

Maybe I'm just a moron. But it's still pretty damn cool.

I saw SexyPack today in town, and the guy was stopped with his back to me, its like he was asking for it. I stopped myself, realising if his friend bought it for him, I probably would have been on the floor before I got to -Pack.

In Berkeley there is a vendor so everyone has them. I'm the only authentic Threadless fan of course.

Had my first lil' threadless encounter the other day. Was headin' to the library after class and saw someone wearing Funkalitious. Didn't say anything to each other, but it put a smile on my face. Funny thing is I almost wore that shirt that day.

I'm sick of seeing other people wearing the same shirts I have... which is why I try to avoid the most popular ones.

I know someone at MIT who has the haiku shirt, and just yesterday I saw someone coming out of the Harvard T-Stop wearing it. I'm assuming you're already back home so it wasn't you, but that just goes to show you how amazing the people in Boston are. ;-)

Icluding a B and J ice cream guy who told me he had the same shrit I did (some shoces are just out of reach)

The thing I love though is that kinda connection that you have with someone else who's wearing a threadless shirt..

I was once in an elevator with a random someone and we were both wearing a threadless tee (me "dark side of the garden", her "allow me to explain through interpretive dance") we just stared at each other awkwardly through the entire journey . . . both wanting to say something but never did.

yea, threadless is really popular at northeastern. berklee too. the rilo kiley show on friday was a great opportunity to play the 'who can spot the most threadless shirts?' game.

I was spotted wearing cat on a skateboard by an onlooker who recognized it from threadless, and then told me of all of his threadless shirts that he presently owned...

I was wearing "Zen Gardens Make Me Angry" on my bike down swanston street in the Melbourne CBD, someone standing on a street corner talking on her cell blurted out with "Threadless! Omg!"

I got so excited, I didn't see the red light and almost got hit! It was a very emotional moment.

I then saw the "You've got some 'Splainin to Do!" on a guy as I was going up an escalator (he was going down). I bought it for a freind, so recognised it straight away. I was wearing my "Insomnia" Tee, so, awoken from our I-Pod Induced ignorance of the world we did what can only be described as an AWESOME highfive, aided by the natural motion of the escalator.

I can't remember what the scream tee is called, but i've seen that around. Threadless, you've opened my eyes.

I was wearing Partly Hungry Skies in Central Square (Cambridge, MA for the unfamiliar) last night and saw a guy wearing You've Got Some 'Splaining To Do! as I crossed the street to go to Mary Chung's. Once inside Mary Chung's, I was seated next to a table with a guy wearing Pandamonium. The day before, I witnessed a guy wearing Reel Passion at the Boston Film Night. I tend to see threadless shirts in passing and often in NYC, but three in close quarters in the Boston area over a weekend surprised me.
