Can't wait to order this one for my six year old - but bleah to the women's tee color. Would have looked so much nicer on something with a bit more umph to it.
about X-Ray Goggles Work
Whee! Sexual harassment is fun! /biting sarcastic toneSo very tired of the sophomoric beavis-and-butthead-level designs. about Stick Figures In Peril
In my most recent order, I bought two girly XL shirts. One fits beautifully, and one is too tight to wear (in fact, it's a little snug on my considerably-smaller teenage daughter.)I'm really bitter because this was the shirt I was waiting most impatiently to arrive, and there's no way I can wear it (especially once it draws up in the wash.) Color me disappointed. about Defend The Kingdom
I bought one for my daughter, and decided that I'd quite like one for myself. ::boggles:: Sold right the heck out, in what, three, four days? ::sigh::Again please, Threadless? about Destroy NYC
This design is a lot prettier in person than it looked on-screen. My son loves it - he's thrilled to have a 'monster' shirt that he can wear to school (for some reason his teachers take exception to shirts with zombies, skeletons, and vampires - what's up with that?)
I wish Threadless would print more shirts in this range of jewel-tone colors; this tee is gorgeous. Love the design, too - twisted and sweet at the same time.
about We Are All Pink
Love the design - but cheez louise, I cannot wear silver or grey. Total deal-breaker for me. Wah!Silly me, for expecting a vaguely-some-sort-of-skin-colored background. :P about In Case of Zombies
Yay, reprinted at last! I'm going to have to order a second one, as my teenager has been trying to steal it.My only complaint is that the key needs to be placed higher, nearer to the illustration. It's completely unreadable (and I prefer to tuck my shirts in, so that's another issue) down by the hemline. I'd prefer to see it just under the main design, perhaps off to one side. I had a couple of folks ask "what are the numbers for?", because they couldn't see the box down at my hips. about JellyBalloons
I own three 'Girly XL' shirts from Threadless, and no two are the same size. This one was the smallest of the three - it was very tight across my bust (where the other shirts were fitted and very fitted, but not tight). The difference in size is clearly noticeable when I hold the shirts up next to one another.I don't know if I'll be able to wear this one at all, since the other two drew up a bit in the wash - this one may be rendered unwearable by laundering. I wish Threadless would offer XXL girly shirts - then I'd be sure that the shirts would continue to fit even if they drew up a bit (and larger women/large-busted women like tapered shirts, too). about Nesting Dolls
I wear a lot of weird shirts. But this one - the first time I wore it - got more compliments from total strangers than all my other tees combined ever have. People chatted me up, and two women asked for the web address. I don't really like the creme-color of the shirt itself (my pale skin looks really washed-out), but it's such a wonderful design that I'll be wearing it all the time, regardless. For some reason, this girly XL fit tighter than the blue girly XL I got in 'Loch Ness Imposter'. It stretched as I wore it, so in the end it was ok, but I'll obviously have to hand wash that one to keep it from shrinking any. |
