Iconoclast - cool individual logos, I wouldn't wear it because I don't think patterns like that would look good on me, but it certainly seems to be popular anyway!
H20's sacrifice - again not really my style, but very well accomplished stylistically and interesting concept. :)
I don't want to grow up - Ehhh... don't like it too much personally, but it's quite cute and very Threadless.
Fur Ladies - I LOVE THIS SO FUCKING MUCH AND HAVE DONE FOR AGES. Really pleased to see it printed! I don't know if I could wear it since neither creme nor orange look good on me, but I might make an exception for a design this amazing.
Cryptozoology - Another one I liked in the subs! I never expected to see it published, but I think it's great and I might get it. I used to be so obsessed with cryptozoology. :D
Pexe - Weird but beautiful. :)
Queen of Paradise - Not for me colour-wise and I don't generally like wearing people on my shirts, but beautifully detailed, great concept, and clearly the product of hard work.
mmmh... Delicious - Don't like it, but who cares, we all knew it would get reprinted anyway...
This is not a Pipe - Love it. It was on my "Please reprint!" list for a bit before I realised I didn't know enough about Mario to wear a shirt referencing it without feeling like a twat.

Also: My Madness of Mission 6 pic is on the front page! :O And I got my prints from valorandvellum today. :) AND my first two (and most important) exams are over and I did quite well! Thus, awesome week so far in aspects other than the prints. :D

EDIT: Time for some audience participation! I am not sure what to buy. Adorable Disaster, Understanding Birdsong, Fur Ladies, (if I can deal with the colours of either of those :p), Cryptozoology..?
I still think it's weird that people ask people to choose for them, but meh, I'm feeling open-minded.

This is a fantastic week for shirts! I'm definitely getting This is Not a Pipe and probably using the opportunity to buy Never Gunna Give You Up as well.

I think you should definitely get Fur Ladies because you love it and you'll regret it otherwise. I'd go for creme, I think that would suit you :)

I also love the other three shirts you mentioned so really it's a win-win situation if you decide to get two :D

I bought Understanding Birdsong even though it's on a bad colour for me. So do that!

Pfft, I have something in banana yellow. BANANA YELLOW. Just go for it!

I actually like banana yellow!

It is indeed a great week!

I'm really not sure about Creme... I have Coat of Arms and quite like it, but it sometimes makes me feel fat and sallow. :/ Might be because it's quite big/loose as well, though. I prefer Natural so much, it's less obtrusive than Creme...

I gotta say, I would never ever wear yellow. It's just one of those things. (I have similar things about orange and pink, but I may change my mind about pink shirts if Gay Pride gets printed.) But Threadless has gotten me wearing a load of other colours, so hey, there's always a slim ray of hope... ;)

Thanks re: the exams! :)

I love this tea! The art on crytozoology is awesome. I'm pretty sure I'm going to buy it but I'm not sure about the color its on..

Given your statements, it sounds like Cryptozoology is a definite for you! Teal looks great on brunettes, IMO.

Also, you can interpret the "This is Not a Pipe" tee more as an homage to Magritte... and as long as you've played Mario before, it wouldn't be hypocritical. I own the tee and love it!

Also: get Fur Ladies in a big size and reconstruct it!

Yeah, I've been waiting for a nice teal shirt for a while - I think it'll look awesome on me! :) I even considered getting one of the two teals printed in the sale, but I didn't really like either enough...

It is a great tee! But, I have only played Mario once, when I was about 11, for like 10 minutes at a friend's house. ;) And I already have Unusual Gentleman for my Magritte fix...

OMG YOU HAVE JUST GIVEN ME TWO AWESOME IDEAS.

1) Reconstruct Fur Ladies with faux fox-fur around the shoulders... Not that I really like fake fur clothes, but it would just add to the awesomeness. Since I would have loved this design doubly if there'd been a woman wearing a fox-fur standing next to the fox.

2) Do a quick and easy Fur Ladies entry for Manos' contest with an Ariel doll and a toy fox!

Okay, I decided to draw it...

I'm not sure if it's awesome or awful. Am I being blinded to the tackiness of fur by my enthusiasm, or do the aptness of the fur and the nice shape and the brilliant design outweigh potential problems of fur looking bad?

I would go for Cryptozoology. Its geektastic.

Has it featured on Boingboing yet?

It is. And cryptozoology is so cool!

No idea...

Thank you! :) Do you think I should go with brown or black?

I like blue - it makes it look like you're in a proper club or something.

What do you mean?

Like, it looks like you are a member of a Cryptozoology Club or something, and you have your official club pen, badge, t-shirt and Cryptozoology Club battered camcorder and fake beard.

Vindemiatrix on Jun 12 '07 at 10:54am
Aha! Yep, I see what you mean. OMG. Like when I was a member of the Young Archaeologist's Club. Though I don't think we had blue shirts... ;)

I thought you were talking about my above design for a Fur Ladies, hence the confusion - brown vs black were the colour options for the trimmings, and that's what Anna and I were talking about. :)

Doh. Sorry. Got confused. I didn't sleep last night. It's contributing to my pent-up rage.

Oh dear. :(

I reiterate my suggestion to rant about it all to a sympathetic friend. Or a diary.

I think you should go for brown, definitely, I think black might be too dark but brown would go reeeally nicely! I can't wait to see it!

Go for Cryptozoology, especially since you used to be obsessed with it. The design is amazing and the teal color is great. Also, I love your Fur Ladies redesign! I think it's cool.
