yeah.. I like long sleeves.. but I'm about to spend the next four or five months in the type of environment that is essentially an armpit, so I think I might go with short.

Well, the short sleeve will be better in this weather... buuut, the long-sleeve is more elegant as befits the colour and picture, so may be more versatile as you can wear it casually as well as more formally? Or I'm talking rubbish. ;)

what may be the deciding factor here is that I am cheap, haha.

I now have a dilemma over which long-sleeve with birds on to get! Ballad of the Birds, or this one... It'll probably be Ballads since I expect that to sell out faster, but hmmm, I do like maroon more... (None of this is relevant until I have bought Yeah, Korova, and Jump, though!)



At least my birdwatching English teacher will be pleased, as she asked me where I got my hummingbird hoodie from, and as well as sending her the link, I sent her the link to a load of bird-themed pretty Threadless things! So now we have Ballad, Hypnotic Sound, Serenade, Holding Pattern, Byebi, For the Birds, the other one that was reprinted today...

i'm very happy w/ this print. i can't wear red myself, but my roommate looks great in maroon and i will have an easier time admiring the shirt if someone else is wearing it.

I like it too. I would buy long sleeves but then I will never get to wear it since I live in a very hot place. I'll just buy it girly tee =)

Holy crap... looks like every other curvy girl on Threadless shares my love of the longsleeve - it's been completely decimated in Girly L and XL while the other sizes and styles remain largely untouched!

Ooh, only one Girly Large left now... I bought one rather than the Girly X-Large because:

1) Fewer left, meaning it'll be more likely to be possible to exchange an L for an XL than vice versa, if it doesn't fit.

2) Darker colour = more formal = should be more fitted? Or some train of thought like that

3) Planning on getting Ballad in longsleeve as well, and if I get an XL and a L at roughly the same time I can compare the sizes before washing/wearing them, which will be useful for that "curvy girl's guide to fitting Threadless tees" blog I'm slowly putting together... Plus, Ballad = silver, and so more likely to be worn in summer, so it should be looser. As a very general rule summer = looser clothes and lighter colours, winter = more fitted clothes and darker colours. At least for me.



I wonder how many more people share my style of internal logic. Or think this much about what shirts to buy.

It's so pretty! - I got the short sleeved tee, though.

Yay! :) I was tempted by it but decided I already have far too many short-sleeved Threadless tees, most long-sleeved things I have are black, and since Threadless long sleeves fit soooo much better than AA tees then it was best for me to go for a long 'un!



What are the colours like? The pink swirls look quite deep and salmony on the image, but on the product pic themselves they look a lot lighter and more purply.
