about Whiskers
Why do so many threadless designs come in boring shirt colors for guys? I mean, c'mon, sagetone? sagetone?! I'm not shopping at Eddie Bauer folks. It is the kind of crappy color clothing i would return at Christmas. Too bad this design rocks. It makes me want to buy the ladies seafoam shirt in XL and attempt to fit in it.

I'd prefer to get the guys' shirt in sagetone over anything in seafoam! The design does rock though, couldn't agree more.

This is clearly not as fun and playful and bright as some of the other threadless colors/ designs but threadless isnt just trying to please one person and what they like but a broad range of people, I know a lot of people that would wear this :D

okay women, so you all like sagestone, i get it. Its not a horrible color, but the design doesn't show up well, doesn't fit the design as well as seafoam and looks like "dirty water." As a guy it seems like men's color choices are more strictly limited.

^Oh, and the color is good for the shirt... like a pond, or lake. You must only rock banana yellow.

Whatev, a guy can take earth-tones for only so long. And i can't, I'm too tall, unless i want a belly shirt and then everyone will know how much i like fatty beer.

sagestone is fine. the shirt usually looks better in person than in the product photos

sage, like mustard yellow (another threadless fave), looks good on basically no one. However, few people in making designs for threadless take into account that should they win, the image will appear on a person's body. Thus, the background color should probably be something flattering than about half the colors that we see here today (this does not apply to black people who have chosen to beat racial oppression by looking good in everything). For more information on this topic, look at the blog posts for ever cream/ off-white shirt on this site.

People always complain about colours. Colours like sagestone and banana and electric pink "flatter no one". And colours that do flatter, like brown, cream, and grey, are "boring and overused". People are incredibly divided over colours like purple, forest green, and fire-engine red, because "they look good on some people but not necessarily all people."

Where's the middle ground?

Blue, clearly.

The underappreciated color. *Sigh*

Blue would be perfect for this shirt.

I do have it in Sagestone though. It's still quite nice.
