Awwwww, I'm quite flattered and humbled by you wanting some advice from little ol' me, Art Robot. Watch, now im gonna get all flustered and not be worth a damn to you!

As for your design, I assume the premise is one penguin is wearing a white/blue suit/bowtie to a black tie regular penguin suit, right? In that case, i'd make the suit a bit more extravagant to emphasize the differences even more, possibly with one of those pianist cape bottoms on the suit, like what Tom Hanks in big wore to that office party. Also, right now the positioning of the characters are a bit odd, almost as if it's the two profiles people have in their mug shots in prison! lol. I'd maybe give the regular penguin more of a raised eyebrow puzzled look and the bow-tied penguin more of a proud, content look. Is that at all helpful? Sorry i couldn't have more ideas for this one...i'll get back to you if anything else comes up. Those are great suggestions. I added some english (that's what you meant right?) and coat-tails, got rid of some unnecessary colors and made adjusted their size so they don't look so uniform.

Awesome! I like it even more now. :)

The only thing I don't like so much (and I'm not sure if my opinion is really important on this since it really depends on what most people think) is the blue penguins eyebrows. They seem unnecessary and they make him less cute.
