I like the way this shirt expresses how most Americans have absolutely no idea how cows are soullessly slaughtered to make their hamburgers.

yeah, I always thought they were shot in the head with shot guns, now I know they get their throats slits, while being hung up-side. I watched a peta video :)

Absolutely not the case. It is a rather fortunate fact that an animal which is upset when it is slaughtered will not taste good. That is why slaughterhouses are actually designed to be soothing. The actual killing is done by a thick spring loaded spike to the brain. They never see it coming. Gruesome, perhaps, but it's much nicer than the way other predators kill their prey. The hanging upside down is done after they are dead, to drain the blood.

How does it portray only "Americans" have no idea and not the rest of the world..? We're not the only country that eats hamburgers. (And mind you, I'm a vegetarian so I agree that it's horrible they way that they slaughter them) but I just don't see how it's an American thing only. Maybe I'm missing something. -shrugs-
