looking for intelligent/complex heavy metal

i'm in the mood for some good heavy metal, but not death metal or speed metal...

something in the vein of Mastodon or Isis...something complex and smart...ya know?

i'm not really too brilliant when it comes to metal music, so recommending some stuff like that to me would be a nice thing to do

im a fairly big fan of Dillinger Escape Plan, could never get into The Marts Volta...but The Fall of Troy sounds interesting...

The Fall of Troy are really awesome.. they are a 3 piece... with so much energy and power... seeing them live was really, really great..
