I like it lots. One small point of critique though.
because the line of her upper lip is thicker then the other lines it looks a bit like she has a moustache.
Might also just be me though.

I like how the ship on the top is placed, but I wish the ship to her left and the... whale? interacted with the rest of the piece a little more, and looked somewhat less placed there.

Yeah, I agree about the moustache. I think maybe if there was more space between the nose and the lips, or if the line was thinner, it would look less like a moustche. Otherwise this is really great.

I agree about the lip needing to be thinner. I like the overall design, I'm not a fan of the gradients in the hair.

Yes, you have some jagged/pointed spots (knees, chin, forehead) a woman's body is soft, rounded and not so harsh.
