Is there any specific program or something that people find works great for posting designs? Because mine show up all blurry or pixely...

If you increase the ppi (pixels per inch) or dpi (dots per inch), and use the suggested pixel size your design should look pretty clear...aka increase the resolution and it should be okay. But you may have already known that :-)
