Theres no real science to it, so few get printed anyway and alot get submited, you have to realise that going on the % is only part of it, you can have 100% with one vote, but to get a good percent with over 50 votes is hard and it really needs more votes to get printed.

Basically getting a slogan printed in many ways is harder than a tee design.
