Yes that cat has a tie and a collar. I don't think he's wearing a shirt though.

agreed, ever since this came out i wanted to buy it, but it sold out and i've been trying to find it forever - it's such a hassle to find the one shirt you're hunting for on this site

but i would love to see this on a hoodie , and add it to my collection :)
