I was happy to pick this up after the sale, in a large though i usually wear medium. But....i have a number of girly larges and this is way bigger. I am bummed, but as i love the design, i am wearing it, right now in fact. What's the deal? Has anyone else had this problem? It also seems thinner than my other shirts-is this a "sand" issue?

I had to buy an extra large in cherry flavored popsicles and it's HUGE. I'm going to try to shrink it tonight... use VERY hot water and then throw it in the dryer on high afterwards.

I usually buy girly large b/c of the length, and after washing them once they shrink to a medium anyway..

yeah I know what you mean. I typically buy large girlys for the same reason as broooke, but sometimes I'll get girly shirts that are significantly larger than the other shirts I buy and the fabric feels different. I don't know why...quality control or something?

oh well, usually after washing them a few times they shrink down to a more suitable size...
