12 Club Submission Problems
I am trying to submit 3 of my 12 club shirt photos for STP and it won't let me. It says a pic has already been uploaded for that product and order number. Threadless said they are trying to fix it and will get to it after the store opening. Fine, I totally understand and I encourage them to do what they got to do because I am stoked for my trip to Chicago and the store. I was just wondering if anyone else was having this problem. Feedback is appreciated.

I had this same problem, but it allowed me to upload another 12 Club picture after about an hour.

My 12 Club ran out in March so I haven't had to put in an order # when submitting pictures of my 12 Club shirts.



Translation: I am of no use to you!

Back from Chicago and the store looks great. I am still having a problem submitting pics of 12 clubs shirts. I also am having problems submitting pics of shirts I bought at the store. How am I supposed to get credit for those if I don't have an order number? I also bought the special shirt, Cut Loose, and that isn't even listed to submit a photo of it. Are other people having these problems? Does anyone have a solution? I wish it was back to the old way for submitting pics!

I have e-mailed them several times. I was just wondering if anyone had similar problems or wanted to know what was going to happen with Cut Loose or shirts bought in the store. I don't think it is fair to be missing out on STP is all.

i've had the same problem. the last email i got said that they were working on it but had not resolved it yet.





you don't get stp for store bought shirts. you already get out of paying for shipping plus a handy new bag that allows a $1 off.

True, but the Chicago Tax is almost as high as shipping! Well it is good to know that I can't get STP for those. I have 5 XII club shirts waiting for entry though!
