As an actor i recently got my headshots done, this is by far the most awesome one i had.

Hot Topic has this same shirt, same angle and everything, when i pointed this out to an employee while wearing Rocketbird, he said its not the same and the design isn't the same at all since its a penguin on theirs. So i than held up there version to the original on mine and pointed out the size and shape of both birds were exactly the same. His response, no-ones heard of threadless. Now i know he was just a store manager and not the designer but i think that people should be making others aware of image theft.

(This next paragraph is in jest and i don't won't people to actually do it, as i am sure threadless wouldn't want you to either)

So here is a fun little game: Go into Hot Topic wearing a Threadless Shirt and do the following, find at least 3 stolen ideas, you get bonus points if someone asks about your shirt, and where they can find it in the store, before you point out a stolen design to the manager.

Its just I am sick and tired of me wearing my Threadless shirts and people asking if they still have it at hot topic, or evangelines, or some other thieving store! Is there anything that Threadless' lawyers can do? I would be more than happy to become a Threadless Private Eye and find the shirts, and where they are sold, and pass the 411 onto you.

This was the first shirt that was given me from threadless. Since than i have grown addicted to the site. i love it especially because of the yellow.

When i was first born i had jaundice, and for the longest time i wouldn't wear yellow since it scared my grandmother (her only son died of jaundice related birth defects) and so i wouldn't wear yellow out of respect for her. Now out of respect for her i wear yellow a lot, especially this shirt, when i wear it i think of her, that and it has a pirate on it.

I am part of an improv comedy troupe and since i've had this shirt, the pluto joke has become a running gag, we also consider a joke that isn't funny any more a "Pluto"

My girlfriend bought me this shirt because i was depressed over losing my job and whenever she would do her horrible dick van dyck impersination, while dick van dyck's accent wasn't that good either, and it would make me smile she knew i had been thinking about buying this shirt for a while and she bought it for me secretly. I wore it to a party that night and got drunk off my ass, allright good talk
