Hot Topic has this same shirt, same angle and everything, when i pointed this out to an employee while wearing Rocketbird, he said its not the same and the design isn't the same at all since its a penguin on theirs. So i than held up there version to the original on mine and pointed out the size and shape of both birds were exactly the same. His response, no-ones heard of threadless. Now i know he was just a store manager and not the designer but i think that people should be making others aware of image theft.

(This next paragraph is in jest and i don't won't people to actually do it, as i am sure threadless wouldn't want you to either)

So here is a fun little game: Go into Hot Topic wearing a Threadless Shirt and do the following, find at least 3 stolen ideas, you get bonus points if someone asks about your shirt, and where they can find it in the store, before you point out a stolen design to the manager.

Its just I am sick and tired of me wearing my Threadless shirts and people asking if they still have it at hot topic, or evangelines, or some other thieving store! Is there anything that Threadless' lawyers can do? I would be more than happy to become a Threadless Private Eye and find the shirts, and where they are sold, and pass the 411 onto you.
