When I was in college, we learned that if you stuck quarters in condoms, you could get them back from the coin operated washing machines. As condoms cost $1 a pop or thereabouts, this is an economically unviable option, unless of course you can get free condoms from the health center.

My RA got a box of condoms to distribute to everyone on our dorm floor, and made sure to scribble that the condoms are for sex and not for laundry on the box in large, angry Sharpie. I think that speaks to the caliber of nerds we truly were.

I'd hate to be the RA having to answer questions about that.

I can't really imagine it's real though. Clogging the drains? I've seen one from fellow students saying not to do it because it's disgusting, because it is. I believe that one.

It's either your roommate whacking off in the shower or your roommate's doing it in your room. I dunno man, people shoot snot rockets and generally are washing grime off their bodies in showers. Showers are gross to begin with. That's why they're bleached every day at the dorms. Is semen REALLY the most offensive thing someone could rid themselves of in the shower? I doubt it.
