It seems silly to me to buy shirts you're not going to wear. I mean, one of mine I'm not exactly sure about with the color...but if it looks icky on me I'll give it to a friend or sell it on ebay and recoup the funds (it was a sale shirt).



Do threadless shirts go up in value at all? It seems like such a niche market and all.. Maybe some of these people buy them to be collectors items or something?...



But, yeah, I noticed the same phenomenon and wondered why people would do the same thing.

I know some are great to look at but when you actually buy them, put them on, and get reedback, you realize they aren't as "wearable" as you thought. I have 3-4 shirts now that I might sell at some point because of this.

alot of people purchase them only using street team points or GC's theyve won... so its not like theyre wasting money.

so like i said, because they can. if you are getting a shirt for free, you are less picky on which shirt you choose to buy.

So they''ll run out and you can't buy it.

Even if they are using GC or STP; if they buy the shirts and never wear them, then it's stupid. People are getting caught up in the hype of new tees, and impulse buying.

i've worn all of mine. and i don't even wear tees all that often.



i get them for my fiancé too. he wears tees more often . . . 'bear hug' seems to have become a favorite. and 'fossil fuel' (and he said he got compliments on it today).

when i only had a few last year, id wear them everyday, now i wear them everyday but dont wear them all. Every shirt is good in its own way an i sometimes pick them out by who im going to see that day. Now its at the point where i want to wear

How do people have enough money to just give away threadless gift certificates on the forums?

i got radios completely free during the sale. ill prolly hardly wear it but it was free so whatever.
